Symptoms
The premise has a Water SP that has a Water and Waste Water SA's linked to it. The rrevious customer has a stopped Waste Water SA and a closed Water SA. When a new customer requests the start of the service, the system only generates a Waste Water SA. The Water SA does not get included.
The issue seems to occur, when the SA's do not have the same status. But once the stopped SA is closed, the system will start both Water and Waste Water for the new customer.
Choose a customer that has both Water and Waste Water services.
Do a 'Stop Service' for the customer.
Bill and the pay for the final bill.
Close the Water SA.... Waste Water will have a Stopped Status.
Now do a 'Start Service' for a new customer at the same premise that has Water/Waster Water SP associated with it.
Notice that the 'Start Account' Panel is only showing the waster water SA to be started.
But once the Waste Water SA is closed, then the 'Start Service' will show both Water and Waste Water in the 'Start Account' Panel.
