E-CI: 'JavaClient' or ''Web Server' release is not the same as Application Server (Doc ID 612469.1)

 Customer using Java bindings for Component Interface on PT 8.1x fails to connect to the application server, and the application server log file has entries like the ones shown below. For PeopleTools 8.4x the same error will be reported for the Java, C++, and COM bindings. On PT 8.4x the error message will say "Web Server" instead of "Java client"
