When Inactivating an EE, if Payable Time has already been created you can not inactivate the EE in T&L this causes error messages in both T&L and Payroll and are confusing to the user. Some of this time is created ahead of time by running Time Admin and some was already sent to payroll before the EE was inactivated in the system, or terminated.

After speaking with my counterparts another suggestion may be to add PeopleCode to the JOB page to trigger when an EE is terminated. The PeopleCode should delete all time on payable and reported with a DUR greater than or equal to the effective date of the Termination/Leave that has a payable status of ES or NA. The PeopleCode should trigger when the JOB page is saved or when there is a transfer from the JOB page to the Maintain Time Reporter Data page. This should enable the user to inactivate the EE in T&L
