Symptoms

   Using Upgrade Assistant.    When running SETSPACE.sqr, the SQR completes but the Upgrade Assistant log says the step failed and Upgrade Assistant itself lists the step as failed.  

The log and SQR output contain messages similar to the following:

PSDSSCHEMA          DIAPP  **Table Undefined - Tablespace Invalid!
PSDSSECRRSRVR       DIAPP  **Table Undefined - Tablespace Invalid!
and
**Warning** DIAPP           is not defined in the system catalog.
