Symptoms

- AP_GL_DRILL and VCHR_APPRVL_DST_LN can't be opened, in Application Designer, if chartfields are-reordered.
- FDM 7.53 - 8.4 ESP Upgrade - Getting error message "Control creation failed for page field. (15,63)" when trying to open page AP_GL_DRILL.  This is a page that was updated by the chartfield configuration process.  This will impact Payables customers who run the ChartField configuration process (virtually all of them).
