Symptoms

When running Application Engine program either in two tier mode or through Process Scheduler, it fails with the following error.



The issue can be replicated as follows.

1. Application Engine is restartable.

2. Run the AE in Process scheduler.

3. AE fails with an error.

4. Use the same run control ID to run this AE again.

5. Observe the error shown in Message log.
