Symptoms

Tax940.sqr state reporting for wages.  The field on the TAX940 called "payments defined as FUTA exmept" is not correct when a employee moves from one company to another AND also change benefit plans that use the same deduction code AND deducted old benefit plan in new company (employee has two benefit plans because the employee did not turn in new benefit forms in time for payroll)

The FUTA report for the new company is not including the old benefit deduction.
