Symptoms

Customers are getting a data conflict error or peoplecode recursion error (Too many Peoplecode recursion: possible recursive loop detected (180,303) when editing and attempting to save class schedule data for any section in Maintain Schedule of Classes or Update Sections of a Class components.  The error usually does not occur when a new section is scheduled but will occur on sections rolled from a prior term.

A trace of a user updating a class section and saving will show a rollback when trying to insert a row to PS_INSTR_TERM_VW with an invalid EMPLID for the instructor.

In some instances, the Data Conflict error occurs when attempting to add a Facility to the meeting pattern.
