Goal

How to resolve the below error which is issued when running the 'Cost Accounting Creation' process (CM_CSTACCTG) (navigation: Cost Accounting, Inventory and Mfg Accounting, Create Accounting Entries, Cost Accounting Creation):

Please restart the instance X

Sometimes an additional error message stated that a Transaction Group is locked by Process Instance X.
