Symptoms

 
Slow performance experienced when working in Query Manager through the Web.  The amount of time that it takes to create a Query is significantly longer than working through the Client Query Tool.  This is the actual time it is taking working in the Tool, and not necessary getting into the Tool.  For example, it takes a long time to click from one Tab to another.
