E-SEC: Receiving Error Message when Deleting a User Profile (Doc ID 619416.1)

When trying to delete a User Profile, many users receive the following error messages.

In the first pop-up error message, you will see something like:
SQL Error. Function:  SQLExec
Error Position: 0
Return:  601 - "<tablename>" is an undefined name.

In the second pop-up error message, you will see:
SQL error in Exec. (2,280) at TBLSELECTION_VW.RECNAME.SavePostChange PCPC:471  Statement:9
During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the Exec subroutine.  The preceding message should have described the SQL being executed.
