Symptoms

REN Server passes buffer and ping test but while running the reports, it gives "Unable to connect to RenServer" error. The AuthTokenDomain is different from Ren Server js_client_domain setting".

This error can also occur when clicking the MultiChannel Console link while logged on to PIA.
