Symptoms

 

I need to migrate a project from PeopleSoft version  8.1 to PeopleSoft version  8.4.  SInce I can not do this through tools (because of the difference in versions), can I do this by copying a project to file?  I tried this and it does not seem to work.  Are there any work arounds for this?
