Symptoms

When using LDAP authentication with Active Directory to authenticate to PeopleSoft. Although the settings are all correct, the ldap authentication through signon PeopleCode is taking sometimes over 30 seconds to complete and sometime even longer. The issue can also be intermittent. What would be causing this issue?
