Running Crystal Reports through the Process Scheduler, the date and number formats have the separator added on.  This only occurs the Win2000 environment.

Field is defined as Date Format = "MMMM, DD YYYY".  It is outputed as  = "MMMM/DD/YYYY".
Field is defined as Number Format = "99,999,999.99".  It is Outputed as "99 999 999.99".

Running the same Crystal Report in the Crystal Designer, (outside of PeopleSoft), produces the correct results.
