Goal

How to set up prospects or leads for marketing campaigns?

Example of a Print Media campaign - Direct Mail Campaign:

Business Scenario:  A company bought a mailing list from a third party vendor containing the contact addresses of the individuals whom they would like to target with their marketing campaign. The mailing list is imported into PeopleSoft CRM and associated with a new campaign. Flyers/brochures are sent out to the contact addresses and people who are interested can call in to a dedicated call center. Employees of this call center need to transfer each audience record individually into a sales lead when an interested person calls into this call center. How would they do this ??
