EPY: Issue When Changing the FLSA Rule on the Company Table (Doc ID 620309.1)

Symptoms


1.  Client originally setup FLSA on the company table to use the "HIGHER OF" for the FLSA rate.
2.  They then determined they really wanted the "Always use" (a year later).
3.  They added a row into the company table made the change with an effective date.
4.  They paid a bonus that "looked backed" when it was "HIGHER OF".

The prior bonuses recalculated FLSA now using the "Always use" FLSA calculation.  Customer thought it should remain HIGHER OF due to the Effective Date of the change.  Customer feels this should be effective date driven.
