Symptoms



Voucher that was deleted still shows up in the report APY1407 as liability if the voucher was created ,deleted and if you run the AP_APGLOPEN on the same day. AP_APGLOPEN is pulling the information from the following step AP.APGLOPEN.EA000.EA000-1.  In AP.APGLOPEN.EA000.EA000-1 there is logic that if a voucher is in entry_status of 'X' and the LAST_UPDATE_DT is > than the report 'as of' date, then include it on the AP_OPEN_LIAB table whcih is the source for the APY1407. This criteria should be changed to LAST_UPDATE_DT  => as of date.
