Customers on PeopleTools release prior to 8.45 are working with Role Membership rules and have setup a role query that populates the role when testing. However when executing the app engine process to add these users to the role, the process will run to success but the role is not getting added.  This worked in prior tools releases.  However in PeopleTools 8.43 customers have been getting the following Subscription Error Time Sequence Error Message: Write RoleUser to Database SQL error. Function:  SQLExec   Error Position:  0   Return:  805 - ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_PSROLEUSER) violated   Statement:  INS
Write RoleUser to Database SQL error in Exec. (2,280) At ROLESYNCH_MSG.Write RoleUser to Database.Subscription   PCPC:4103  Statement:46
