Symptoms

When the User is doing a meter search, then uses the go to
control central button. The wrong Account is coming up.
The meter was exchanged to another account.

Steps for replication:
======================

Create an Account A linked to premise A , SP and MeterA
Account A has multiple SA which are stopped

Create Account B linked to the same premise,SP and MeterA as above.
Account B has multiple SAs which are active.

Select the menu
Use PeopleSoftCIS
Meter Search
Enter the Meter Badge number
It shows the corresponding premise
click on GO to Control central to go to the Account
It shows the stopped SA Account and not the Active account
