Session Withdrawal does not deactivate the student from the term. This is correct behaviour. When using the Term History, Session Withdrawal page a student is withdrawn by populating the page Withdrawal/Cancel value as 'Withdrew' and Withdrawal/Cancel Reason as 'ADMINISTRATIVE'. The student's enrollment records in that term are dropped appropriately. However, when a tuition calculation is performed, it appears that this 'ADMINISTRATIVE' reason is ignored and the default Drop Reason is used instead. Closer examination shows the reason code from the session withdrawal is not propagated to the student's enrollment records, thus causing the need for a default reason code on the adjustment calendar.
