Symptoms


Campaign failed in the scheduler due to database deadlock. The campaign was restarted multiple times from the control center but failed each time with the same error below:

77631 : ERROR | [2004-01-14 15:35:41-138] | mcpt63 | DCS10819 | com.annuncio.bulkMailer.SendBulkEMailJob | MAI-00000 | General error. | An exception occured with your dedupe process. ANAZ EM 20 AOL
77632 : A persistence exception caused by: Transaction (Process ID 93) was deadlocked on lock | communication buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.
77633 : SQLState: 40001
77634 : getMessage: Transaction (Process ID 93) was deadlocked on lock | communication buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.
77635 : getErrorCode: 1205
77636 : Transaction (Process ID 93) was deadlocked on lock | communication buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.
