Symptoms
Meter reads are estimated when the user enters a meter reading from the Meter Read panel group.Panel Navigation: Go, Enter Meter Reads, Use, Meter Read
Meter read estimation is performed by a COBOL routine and it may return error messages. One example of such message is if there is not enough data on the trend table (CI_TREND).
The severity of those messages should be set to "Message" because we do want to keep the processing even if there is no estimation possible. If the severity of these messages is set to "Error", then it does not allow the user to enter a read.
The messages are:
Message Set Message Number
18032 11016 -> Set severity to 'Message'
18032 11020 -> Set severity to 'Message'
