Enterprise PeopleTools 8.4x versions

ISSUE:
When querying the PSACCESSLOG table for any users in a given month most all of the rows return with the same data in the LOGINDTTM and LOGOUTDTTM columns. This is not affecting just one user but all users and it suggests that people are logging in and turning right around and logging out. It occurs no matter how you login or logout.
