E-PerfMon: PSPPMSRV Unable to Complete Registration (Doc ID 622844.1)

Symptoms

Customer has one monitoring system and a few monitored databases. The monitored databases get the following message in the application server log again and again:

PSPPMSRV.6212 [03/19/04 08:54:57](3) Unable to complete Registration in previous 14195 attempts. If this domain is not servicing a performance monitoring system, PPM servers are not required. Otherwise, please validate the PPMI URL and verify that it is accessible
