In PT 8.20 customer cannot clone a user that has any User ID Type that requires 2 values.   Here is the error message received:

All Attribute values are required for all ID types (48,51) You left one or more attribute values empty.

Invalid value -- press the prompt value or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)  The value entered in the field does not match one of the allowable values.  You can see the allowable values by pressing the prompt value or hyperlink.

Error saving component interface {USER_PROFILE} (91,37)

If they clone a user with the ID type of 'none' or an id type that only requires one attribute, like employee then that works fine.
