Symptoms

A customer on Weblogic 8.1 using Apache 2.0.48 as an RPS started seeing the following errors in the Apache error.log

Directory path example: C:\Program Files\apache group\apache\logs

[Mon Apr 12 19:59:47 2004] [error] CONNECTION_REFUSED [os error=115, line 1487 of ../nsapi/URL.cpp]: 123.45.123.45:7200 errno = 115
