PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools - Version 8.40 to 8.45 [Release 8.4]

Symptoms

In PeopleTools 8.40 - 8.45, under menu path PeopleTools > Security > Common Queries > Access Log Queries > Access Activity by Users and Access Activity by day is only showing the user who logged in and not all users. The query is putting a "Where OPRID =" in the SQL. This should be changed as this is used for auditing and does no good to put a where clause in the query.
