As of PeopleTools 8.43 when using password controls, if a user account is locked out due to failed logon attempts, after the security administrator unlocks the user account, the account is locked out again after only one failed attempt. The FAILEDLOGINS field on the PSOPRDEFN table is not getting reset to 0, but stays at the same value that it was when the account was locked. This was working fine in PT 8.42 but changed in 8.43. What was changed?
