Business Title Field on Employment Data is Not Refreshed

Symptoms
The Business Title field on the Employment data page is not being refreshed with the Position Title when a change is made to Job Data via Position Management.
A new row is inserted in Position Data with a change to the Job Code. The Title defaults to same as new Job Code. Manually change the title to something of your choosing.
The incumbent record auto updates from Position Data. The title is updated on the Work Location page, however, the Employment Data page has not been refreshed.
