Symptoms
Customer does not have a multiple job environment.
The error did not show on audit report, but it is showing up on the calc. It is only listing a employee number for one employee for one paygroup. Some of the paygroups do not list an employee id at all. Eight Paygroups are getting this error. No changes to database in months.
First reviewed the COBOL program (PSPCKSGL) that created the error. The error appears to be from the line IF EMPLID OF S-LINE NOT = EMPLID OF W-WK, then determines that the customer does not have Single Check for Multiple Jobs on (since customer does not have Multiple Jobs at All) and prints the error message 'PRIMARY PAYGROUP NOT FOUND.
