CRM - What setting is required to display user's Local Time Zone on notes? (Doc ID 623969.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:
Client is working in Australia while the Server is located in US. Client is set up for local time zone but still some screens display Server Time. For example Customers->Contact->Search->Open Contact->Notes
In Notes Summary Grid the field  Date Added displays Server Time
The same is true for Opportunity Notes, Case Notes etc
