Symptoms

Students are attempting to enroll via self service or employees are attempting to enroll students via Enrollment Request and are receiving one of the following error messages:

'No access to enrollment at this time'

'Invalid access to enrollment transaction (14640,69)'

'Error: Unable to complete your request. You do not have access to perform this transaction at this time'
