PSAPPSRV servers appear to hang in a DEAD or RESTARTING status as seen from an Appserver domain status. The following message is seen in the TUXEDO log:

CMDTUX_CAT:1860: ERROR: On restart, server process ID 8455 failed to initialize within 30 seconds
