After a password has expired, the user is prompted to change it. If the user elects to change the password, the Change Password page appears. On this page, receive error:

"First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member ItemByName. (180,236) PT_NAV.NavPortal.OnExecute Name:GetProfileValue PCPC:18979 Statement:434 Called from:PT_NAV.NavPortal.OnExecute Name:NavPortal Statement:67 Called from:WEBLIB_PT_NAV.ISCRIPT1.FieldFormula Name:IScript_PT_NAV_TPL_FRAME Statement:18"

or the error can look like this (PT 8.53):

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member UserID. (180,236)
