Symptoms


PERSON_BASIC_FULLSYNC  & PERSON_BASIC_SYNC error
PublicationContractManager::ProcessError/RetryResponse(): 'Unable to find a transaction corresponding to the incoming request message. (158,505)'.

Verified all set-up in both HCM & FIN, the channel PERSON_DATA is working because WORKFORCE_FULLSYNC & WORKFORCE_SYNC is working fine.

Both PERSON_BASIC_FULLSYNC  & PERSON_BASIC_SYNC were working fine in our dev and test...however, we went live on Thursday and they haven't worked in Prod since.
