Symptoms

After upgrade to PT 8.20, an SQR report in CSV format does not display the accents correctly, only when the Process Scheduler is on UNIX.

In pdf format, there is no problem.

If you save the file and open it in Word, it is fine but when you open it directly in Excel, the special accented characters are not displayed correctly.
