EGL: While Running Interim Close or Year End Close, In Message Log “No Data available to process under this rule: xxxxx” (Doc ID 634849.1)

GL Interim close process went to success but no rows processed & no Journals created.

Steps to replicate:
1. Set Up an interim closing rule
2. Enter a journal to create data for GL close processing. Include few rows for the Accounts used in the CFV set which is defined in closing rule.
3. Create a Closing group & include the YE close rule created in previous step.
4. Request to run the closing process. [If interim close then use only GLPCLOSE. If year end close you have the option to use GL_YC on v9.2]

Actual Behavior

Process went to Success. Message Log says: "No Data available to process under this rule: INTERIM" .


Expected Behavior

Process should pick up data in closing scope & process them.
