Goal

The Journal Post Process Definition is tied to both ONLINE post via the Lines Tab in Process Journals and BATCH post via General Ledger > Journals > Process Journal > Post Journals.
Users have the ability to run the post job via General Ledger > Journals > Process Journal > Post Journals for Journals which have been marked to post, and for  process group GLALL.  However, this also allows them to post online any journal that has NOT been marked to post.
Need a way to allow some users to post multiple journals that have been marked to post via General Ledger > Journals > Process Journal > Post Journals, while prohibiting them from posting single journals online that have not been marked to post via Journal Entries > Create Journal Entry > Lines Tab.
Other users need to be able to run post from the General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entries > Create Journal Entry > Lines Tab.
Creating a custom process group and removing GLALL does not work as both processes are attached to Component JOURNAL_POST_REQ.
