Symptoms

PSFT_OLM node ping test failed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigation: Home> PeopleTools> Integration Broker> Service Operations Monitor > Administration > Node Status
  2. Enter PSFT_OLM in Message Node Name field
  3. Click on the Ping Node button.
  4. The following error was generated for the ping test:
