CRM OLM 8.9, 9.X: PSFT_OLM Node Ping Test Failed

PSFT_OLM node ping test failed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigation: Home> PeopleTools> Integration Broker> Service Operations Monitor > Administration > Node Status
- Enter PSFT_OLM in Message Node Name field
- Click on the Ping Node button.
- The following error was generated for the ping test:
