Goal

When running the 'Load Count Data' report (INS9050) (navigation: Inventory, Inventory Counts, Perform Count, Load External Count Data), the process finishes OK (the status in the Process Monitor is 'Success') , but it doesn't read the data from the flat file.

Example:
The flat file has been placed on the Process Scheduler's TEMP directory, however, the INS9050.SQR
tries to read the file from :
E:\BLD\G\e842\mss\e842g7zn\Appserv\prcs\E842G7ZN\log_output\SQR_INS9050_872\

And gives the following error:

Error -1.00 on Input File Open: E:\BLD\G\e842\mss\e842g7zn\Appserv\prcs\E842G7ZN\log_output\SQR_INS9050_872\test.upl

As a consequence, nothing is loaded in the Counting Data Event. How can you resolve this error?
