Question #1: Is there any way to setup an employee garnishment to follow the following requirements?
The employer is ordered to deduct lesser of following for each pay period:
(A) 10% of the Gross weekly pay, OR
(B) 25% of Disposable Earnings for that week, OR
(C) The amount, if any, by which the designated dependent's disposable weekly earnings exceed
30 * Federal minimum hourly wage per week, until the total amount due has been deducted.
In the event the disposable earnings so defined are equal to 30 * Federal minimum hourly wage or less, no amount shall be withheld under this execution.
Question #2: What if a garnishment is received and there is no delivered rule?
