Cannot generate Direct Debit EFT file.  When running the FIN2025 to create a Direct Debit UFF format EFT file, get the following error:

***warning***: Write-EFT-File.  could not find the layout SQC for layout UFF
  check ACH/EFT Layout Code and EFT EFT Number in the following locations:
  \\Set Up Financials/Supply Chain\Common Definitions\EFT\ACH Layout
  \\Set Up Financials/Supply Chain\Common Definitions\EFT\EFT File Layout

Customer added the following to the begin setup procedure:
  #define COLLECTION
  #define include_file fincolct
  #if Ask_Purpose = 'D'
    #define DR
    #define 50_EFT_LAYOUT               ! ETBDR
    #define 28_EFT_LAYOUT               ! RIBA
  #if Ask_Purpose = 'X'
    #define DD
! RS - PSRS - De Covington - 11/29/2004 - opened a case with PeopleSoft
! The direct debit process would not produce a file but it ended success-
! fully after applying several bundles.  The trace file kept saying, "could
! not find the layout SQC".  It is because the define stmt is missing from
! this section.  I added it and the file was produced.
    #define 01_EFT_LAYOUT               ! UFF  - DRC, 11/29/2004
    #define 02_EFT_LAYOUT               ! BACS
    #define 15_EFT_LAYOUT               ! BECS
    #define 04_EFT_LAYOUT               ! CLIEOP2
    #define 25_EFT_LAYOUT               ! CLIEOP3
    #define 16_EFT_LAYOUT               ! CPA005
    #define 21_EFT_LAYOUT               ! CSB19
    #define 22_EFT_LAYOUT               ! CSB43
    #define 08_EFT_LAYOUT               ! DOM80
    #define 11_EFT_LAYOUT               ! DTAUS
    #define 24_EFT_LAYOUT               ! ETBDD
    #define 06_EFT_LAYOUT               ! ETEBAC
    #define 18_EFT_LAYOUT               ! DDRD
    #define 28_EFT_LAYOUT               ! RID
The program never defined it in the begin setup procedure so it wasn't finding it.
