Symptoms


PT8.21.
If a user is inactive for 20 minutes (no trip to app server), when they next trigger a trip to the app server, the system loses any component data they may have entered and returns to the search page.
The app server log shows that these users are being re-authenticated using the PeopleSoft Token. It seems that when this happens, although the users remain signed in, they lose the data from the component they were working in.
Customer has increased the web server timeout to 60 minutes but it cannot help.
