Symptoms

Enhancement:
We are trying to create elapsed time reporters that have a punch work schedule in order to have the day break at other than midnight for FLSA rules processing.
9/80 Schedules. We have a period that starts noon Monday and ends noon the following Monday. FLSA week starts with the afternon shift on a Monday. The first 4 hours are charged to the previous week and the last 4 hours charge to the current week. We don't want to do Punch Reporting. We want to use the daybreaker rules so we can break up the day at 12.00 PM when calculating which day the time belongs to.
