Symptoms
BEN_PROG_PARTIC is saved with benefit record number in EMPL_RCD instead of employee record number.
Generally this is not noticeable if there is a one-to-one relationship between empl record and benefit record, but if customer needs to assign an alternate benefit record number, the BEN_PROG_PARTIC is saved with the employee's benefit record number in the employee record number field. When enrolling in benefits, the wrong benefit plan options are available for enrollment.
