Symptoms


One of the following errors is received after clicking on the "Build New Template" button in the ExcelToCI spreadsheet.

Error in Scenarios 1 - 4

"Error occurred in routine sendSOAPRequest_GetCIShape. The download of the specified resource has failed."

 

Error in Scenario 5

Error occurred in routine sendSOAPRequest_GetCIShape.
Error:
Number: -2147012894
Description: The operation timed out

 

No logs are generated (e.g. SOAPTOCI log or ExcelToCI.log).

The same spreadsheet works fine in another environment. The only difference between the two environments is the connection information.
