While navigating and clicking on Branding header, Branding Footer, or Access managed content, we receive "An error has occurred".  The trace files will have the following:

PSAPPSRV.3172   1-494428 15.49.14    0.000 Cur#1.3172.PATST RC=0 Dur=0.000 Commit
