Symptoms

SCENARIO #1:
The Crystal Check process remains in Queued status even after adding Crystal Checks to the server and rebooting the server.  The process was mapped to the correct directory but still the process remains Queued.  All configuration and setup was fine.

 

SCENARIO #2:
All Crystal Check process remains in Queued status even after clearing the cache and rebooting the Process scheduler.
