Symptoms

 1) Getting the following message when running periodic processes for Employee Accounts. No rows are being created in PA_EACCT_ACCUM

Process date( ) does not align with consolidation
Process date does not align with balance history
Contributory Accounts and Employee Accounts are both new,  ineligible periods accumulate interest

2)  Employee Accounts Function runs continuous loop. When running employee account for one of our plans a function result begins an infinite loop and must be cancelled in the process scheduler.
